Research On Design Of The Guest Room In The Boutique Hotel

With people’s constantly request of individuation, various kinds of fashion trend have made effect on the hotel industry. While the vogue and characteristic gain the people’s attention, boutique hotel started to grow and made challenge to the traditional starred hotel, especially welcomed by the group with high tasting and consuming ability. But the current, the domestic research on the boutique hotel still stayed at the primary stage, when there exist the prominent problems in theme orientation, research field and concept unitary.At first apart of thesis, based on the development of domestic and overseas boutique hotels, this thesis conclude their brilliant features and made a preliminary study.In the second part, by the analysis from customers’ psychological need and trip mode, the issue on the room layout and space division are sufficient explored and discussed. Finally, reviewing the research on present Chinese boutique hotels and combined by data collection and analysis, this thesis conclude the advantages of developing boutique hotels and its future development directions.
