| The electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is a flexible control mode、precision and high transmission ratio. Widely used in the field of control of large mechanical equipment, some large industrial equipment must use hydraulic control system to achievement. Pilot type electro-hydraulic proportional valve controller is the core of large industrial control equipment. There is a lot of mature technology in foreign country, but foreign technology blockade against our country. In this paper, the controller use the high performance and efficiency of the ARM series Cortex-M3 chip, whose design of electro hydraulic proportional direction valve controller hardware circuit and software algorithm is validated by experiments with good performanceFirstly, this paper has analyzed the structure and characteristics of the pilot type electrohydraulic proportional directional valve, putting forward the overall design requirements and specific technical parameters of controller, making the overall design of the system hardware and software.Secondly, this paper introduced the improvement and design of the key circuit of the controller, theory designing the circuit of the controller, analyzed the causes of the problems and the solution of circuit experiments, introduced the program of the controller driver timing control, communication with PC, the Matlab GUI PC debugging software.Lastly, this paper introduced the central double closed loop control system controller, theory analyzed the good principle,the improving of PID algorithm and simulation by Matlab. The National Laboratory of fluid‘s hydraulic valve test platform in a university verified the performance of the controller. Experiments showed that this control algorithm is correct, the controller effect is good and overall performance better than the controller of a foreign company. |
