Corrosion-resistant deep-water separation electric connectors are widely used in military and civil engineering works underwater electrical device, the working of it in deep water environments plays a crucial role for weapons system. After years of research and exploration, the study of deep-water separation of the electrical connector abroad has been relatively mature, the working water depth, separation water depth and underwater life of connectors were higher than similar domestic products. In view of this, the paper systemly study the key technologies of deep-water separation electrical connector according to the work characteristics for underwater separation electrical connectors and in accordance with the design requirements, developed a suitable corrosion-resistant deep-water separate electrical connectors which could work in the deep-water environment.Firstly, the basic overview of underwater separation electrical connectors was introduced, and the research status of underwater separation electrical connectors at home and abroad was described, and both were compared, pointing out the existing problems of underwater electrical connectors in the domestic. The research objectives and the main content of the article were also given.Secondly, the performance of corrosion-resistant deep-water separation electric connectors and underwater stress situation was ansislyed, and the overall program of corrosion-resistant deep-water separation electric connectors was developed, and the general structure was shown.Third, the key technology of underwater electrical connector sealing technology, separation sequence control technology, underwater pressure-balancing technology and corrosion-resistant materials technology ect were discussed in detail.Fourth, the sealing characteristics of deep-water separation electrical connectors and fluid characteristics of electrical connectors’unlocking device were simulated by use of SolidWorks Simulation, providing technical support to optimize ring size, the amount of compression and to ensure electrical connector unlock device’s water speed. And the prototype was manufactured on the base of design and simulation.Fifth, the basic situation of corrosion-resistant deep-water separation electric connectors’ underwater separation trial technology was introduced, and the corrosion-resistant deep-water separation electric connectors’ test equipment was developed based on the actual working conditions. And the parameters of prototype was test and verificated.Finally, the full text of the research are summarized, and pointed out further study and direction of the corrosion-resistant deep-water separation electric connectors.
