| The development of rail-water intermodal can realize the seamless connection in freight transportation, and promote the development of modern logistics. However, it is the important problem to exchange information that needs to face in the process of transportation.Firstly, in this paper, based on Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) system of container rail-water intermodal, the business scope and workflow of container rail-water intermodal, business distribution and collaboration between railway stations and ports are all analyzed. Due to the large amount of transportation participants in intermodal, the sectors of railway utilize the information comprehensively, which can strengthen the cooperation and improve the effect of plan.Secondly, this paper elaborates the integrated railway transportation information platform,which integrates the data of Train operation Dispatching Command System(TDCS), Transporting Dispatching Management information System(TDMS), Train Advance and Out Reports(QB), Auto vehicle Identification System(ATIS), Station Management Information System(SMIS), and so on. A complete and unified transport organization model is built on it, which describes the whole lifecycle of trains, vehicles and goods. The daily information of transportation business and data services are provided for other information system. At the same time, some proposal for development and improvement of this platform in the future are put forward.Thirdly, to build the system of EDI which based on integrated railway transportation information platform, the software architecture, network design, safety assurance, and determine the content, format, transmission mode of data exchange in railway bureau are put forward. The key technology of the application development, such as the technology of the Oracle in software development and the open format file design are summarized.Finally, some suggestions on optimizing the function of the external interface system of integrated railway transportation information platform and improving the data quality are listed. Besides, the participation of the department in charge and daily management are of importance in the system. |
