Using those standard partslargely and repeatedly, the system which helps designers screen automotive rubber part needs to be developed during process of design automobile so that design cost economized,efficiency of design of automotive rubber part increased and cost in business reduced.Scholars and companies at home and abroad have more or less researched and developed already and have had appropriate results, but research of intelligent selection system of automotive rubber part still needs to be In the initial stage. So, author research the intelligent selection system of automotive rubber parts based on the standard parts library to transfer automotive rubber part efficiently.Based on design feature and assemblage demand of automotive rubber part, building automotive rubber parts library based on CATIA,researching parameter display,transfer,assemblage and Intelligent selection function, discussing knowledge classification to automotive rubber standard part, the author apply kinds of automotive rubber standard parts according to method of object-oriented knowledge representation.On the basis of theoretical research, conducting function demand research of automotive rubber standard parts, completing the overall design of the system base on CATIA,developedrubber parts intelligent selection system, the system includethe user interface module, automotive rubber standard parts library module and intelligent selection interface module. Show the application examples lastly. The system which is designed in allusion to automotive rubber standard parts lead and assist designer accomplish project and assemblage of automotive rubber standard parts at client-side. Thus design cycle of design engineer is shortened, and intelligent of automotive rubber standard parts is achieved. |
