InteUigent building is produced with the development of the information technology.It's a optimum combination which includes structure ,system,service and management With the rapid development of inteUigent building in the whole world,the farther research of it will become our chiefly task.At the present time,the question of selection of structural form selection is a new question in the area of structure.Because the appearance of inteUigent building is late, the former research either mainly focused on high-rise building's structural form selection or focused on building's functional evaluation.Until now there is not a theory analyse it adequatelyAuthor combined the two aspect and set up a procedure for structural form selection of inteUigent building by FAHP.The new demand of inteUigent building has been summarized in this paper.The paper discussed the use of inteUigent material of inteUigent building systerm on the aspects of anti-seismic design,automatic adaption,intelligent contral and the energy-saving benefit of inteUigent building. From the view of inteUigent structure,the special requestion of inteUigent structure has been thought syntheticaUy and comprehensive estimate system has been set up.Before the design,the comprehensive estimate system can estimate the different actual inteUigent building's inteUigent degree on the aspects of position ,administration,cast health,aesthetics,control and safeAfter analyses to the traditional way and inteUigent way of structural form selection, method of GBIAM has been elected During this process,the building IQ and request are made certain.The result is to choose the optimum project.Compared the two approaches:AHP and FAHP,the latter is choosed . Becouse the inteUigent buiding is a huge systems engineering and its factor is fuzzy,FAHP can be selected to evaluate it accurately. In this process,the finished Works are as foUows:build fuzzy consisitent matrix,single hierarchy sort,total hierarchy sort, select the optimum project.Using the former person's harvest,auther use weight formula transformed the specialist's judge to unctional weight So the result become more objective.According to the present structural form of inteUigent building,project is founded.Finally,the comprehensive approach result can be get after these datum are dealed with .In the seventh chapter,a case is offered and analysed.The result of evaluation accord with the project practice.Sothe approach is applied and effectual.
