| Since it became the construction demonstration area of the "two oriented society" in2007, the Changsha-Zhuzhou-XiantanUrbanAgglomeration has increased its attention to the green-heart. The long-existed mismanagement and the surrounding cities’expansions to the green-heart have caused serious damages to the existence and development of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiantan City Group’s green-heart. The global rising greenway movements in the20th century has made human being realized that the construction of the greenway is the important way to solve the city ecological problems and implement the strategy of sustainable development. Based on the greenway’s multiple functions of biodiversity conservation, providing recreational places, protecting urban cultural heritage and stimulating the economic development, the construction of greenway could satisfy the needs of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiantan City Group’s ecological green-heart’s protection and development, improve ecological environment and living condition, and improve it’s sustainable development capacity.Many domestic cities and urban groups have learnt from foreign countries’successful cases to plan "the green-heart of city" when they constructed "garden city" or "forest city" However, the green-heart has been the focus of issues during the development. Our country’s study of greenway is mainly about the urban greenway network at the macro level, while less about the study of the planning of greenway to solve the green-heart problems. Therefore, taking the issues of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group green-heart as an example, the thesis will discuss the green-heart, which is one kind of special city space greenway planning, in a more creativity and meaningful way.The thesis mainly includes the following four parts:The first part:Through the learning of the greenway’s concept and connotation, and the deep analysis of its basic theories, we could get the essence of the greenway. Then I will sort out and summarize the study situation of the planning and practice of the greenway at home and abroad, generalize experiences and features of the greenway design and planning in order to provide theoretical support and case reference for the following research.The second part:I will interpret the concept of urban green-heart and explore the deep connotation of it. On the base of understanding of the features of green-heart, I will combine the ideas of the overall urban-rural plan to put forward to the strategy and methods of the protection and the development of green-heart.The third part:I will give a deep investigation of research region from four aspects of ecological protection, recreation, industrial development and overall urban-rural plan and then make point the necessity of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-XiangtanUrbanAgglomeration green-heart to construct greenways. Meanwhile, I will point that the feasibility of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group ecological green-heart construction from the analysis of five aspects that, location, resources, environment, market and policy. I also will investigate the ecological environment basis, natural landscape resources, humanistic resources, industrialdevelopment distribution and transportation resources, which are the basic resources of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group green-heart’s greenway construction.The fourth part:On the basis of the analysis of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group green-heart and the surrounding cities’ ecological environment and resources, and the above strategies and methods, I will complete the solution with the planning lines and related facilities of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group green-heart’s greenway.The aim of the thesis lies in that providing guide to the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group green-heart’s greenway construction so that it will provide a reference to the planning of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group greenway construction, and strategies and methods to the green-heart urban greenway construction. |
