Research On Zhuzhou's Public Satisfaction Of Greenway Planning Based On Importance-Performance Analysis

With the rapid development of national economy and urbanization,urban development gradually began to spread out "pie" mode,this greaten the threats to the natural environment in cities,all kinds of problems are followed,urban traffic congestion,the environment deterio-rated,resource shortage,ecological deterioration,some historical and cultural heritages that full of commemorative value education and research significance are began to be damaged.How-ever,with the continuous development of social economy,the social productive forces rapidly increase,the living standard gradually improve,people's living environment demand is high-er and higher,the demand for leisure and recreation activities became bigger and bigger.But on the contrary,city in our country has the common problem of recreational facilities cannot meet the demand of use,the area cannot achieve the demand of urban construction,this di-rectly led to the contradictions between the demand of general public and the construction of creational facilities.Greenway,as the green infrastructure of cities,not only can extend to the whole city,put the city's natural landscape and human landscape elements together,but also has the ability to increase urban recreation place,provide a healthy,comfortable and natural living environment for the city residents.Therefore,in recent years,the eastern part of our country developed a boom of greenway planning,and now presented to be a nationwide trend,Zhuzhou is no exception.Because of the greenway planning practice in China has just started,and the research of greenway planning and related guidance documents are lack,and we have no idea about the public satisfaction of greenway planning and construction.So this article will make Zhuzhou greenway planning as the research object,based on the IPA research methods and the reality of the current situation of Zhuzhou greenway planning,to research Zhuzhou greenway's satisfaction of the public.In this paper,the research mainly includes the following four parts:Part one:put forward the problems.To introduce the background,purpose,contents and significance of this research,and to establish the research methods and research framework.Part two:analysis the problem.Starting from the basic concepts of the greenway and satisfaction,through reading literatures of greenway planning and satisfaction,study related theories and practice of greenway and satisfaction,and Combining with three dimension anal-ysis method of the real estate,Based on Zhuzhou greenway construction situation,Analysis the factor set that factors the greenway planning,then discuss with teacher,after authenticating the validity of the questionnaire,making a formal questionnaire that according to the relevant characteristics of the elements.Part three:solve the problem.Through random sample method to collect samples on Zhuzhou greenway by field investigation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews.After analyzing the reliability of the samples,using statistical description analysis method to analyze demographic characteristics of samples,get the basic characteristics of the sample.Then using IPA method to summarize the scores importance and the practice in macro,meso and micro three aspects,make clear that no satisfaction evaluation factors of public.Part four,summarize the problem.Through the analysis and arrangement the above con-tent,summarize shortcomings of Zhuzhou greenway's construction,puts forward improvement opinions and suggestions on construction of Zhuzhou greenway.I hope that,through this research,we could provide Zhuzhou greenway planning and con-struction new development ideas and better Methods or strategies,making our country green-way planning further developed!...
