With the development of China’s economic take-off, the large iron transport and heavy haul locomotives used more and more widely, so the performance requirements of large-scale railway machinery is getting high, heavy haul locomotive for large-scale railway construction machinery, especially bearing the key components of the force-the structural strength of the chassis, but also put forward higher requirements, chassis structural strength, stiffness properties of the vehicle plays a vital role.Using finite element analysis techniques in the design analysis of vehicle chassis, it is one of the important research directions in the field of mechanical design of the vehicle. Finite Element technology is also increasingly becoming an important technical means to solve the problem chassis design. Regardless of any conditions of stress and strain distribution and frequency analysis can be answered by the finite element analysis, to provide a more comprehensive scientific basis, to shorten design cycles and reduce design costs and improve design quality.By design requirements and structural characteristics of Large bulk handling truck chassis chassis to ANSYS finite element analysis software based on finite element analysis model of the chassis. While the chassis structure static analysis using ANSYS software for chassis beam and shell structure analysis, comparing the advantages and disadvantages according to two persons, the last shell finite element chassis computational analysis, calculated by the static strength the automatic loading and unloading of bulk trucks in three typical conditions of dynamic strength calculations. Through the stress, strain cloud images, obtained slightly less chassis strength analysis of the conclusions presented reasonable and effective recommendations for future improvement of the product mix, dangerous conditions can stress dropped significantly, while improving chassis dynamic performance, further factory for automatic loading and unloading of bulk truck chassis high strength requirements.
