A Study On Necessity And Feasibility Of The Construction Of Changdao Maritime Workboat Wharf

The project of Changdao maritime workboat wharf is one of the key construction projects of " 13th Five-year Development Program of Shandong MSA" and has been included in the "National Water Traffic Safety Supervision and Relief System Layout Planning (2005-2020)". Based on the study of Changdao area in the marine environment, navigation environment, traffic conditions, maritime supervision, maritime facilities and the main problems of the basis, this paper adopts Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the risk degree of the waters of Changdao, and put forward the necessity and the rationality of the construction of maritime workboat wharf in Changdao; At the same time, with the actual demands of the marine patrol ships berthing, the main influence factors of construction project are analyzed. Through the analysis of the project location and construction conditions, it puts forward the terminal layout and hydraulic structure scheme. Finally, the conclusion was reached that the construction of 115 meters long of maritime workboat wharf in Changdao to meet the 60 meters and 20 meters patrol ship berthing is practical.This study concludes that it is very necessary and feasible for the construction of Changdao maritime workboat wharf, which has guiding significance for the future development of officially approved the project. After completion of this project, it will be provide a good infrastructure for maritime cruise and maritime supervision, and shorten the response time, which can effectively improve the maritime supervision of Northern sea of Shandong Province. What’s more, it helps to improve the navigation environment, maintenance of maritime security and the protection of the marine environment, so the project has obviously social and economic benefits.
