In 2013, the global automobile industry has developed fast? and the number of Chinese annual production and sales surpassed 21000000, but the rapid development of automobile industry also brought great impacts to the social and human, such as increased pollution, increased energy consumption, and so on。At the same time, these problem has reacted on the development of automobile industry, such as the design and the exploiture of engine and related systems。The thesis conducted the research from the air intake system with engine laid in the middle which is a typical direction, the thesis designed and exploiture a innovative air intake system which is better than other system in cost and performance, and summed up a design and exploiture process criterion suitable for HAIMA CAR CO.,LTD through tidying the thought of design and development。The air intake system includes and the air intake manifold parts, while the vehicle factory is mainly engaged in design and exploiture of before the engine intake manifold parts, these parts of this system mainly includes the air cleaner inlet pipe> air cleaner assembly resonant components and intake pipe which connects air cleaner with engine, this thesis focuses on the design and exploiture of the air intake before the engine intake manifold parts. The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1) Through introducing the structure、function n principle and the corresponding requirements of the air intake system, and comparing the structure and the performance of different air intake systems with engine laid in the middle, to set up the database of similar air intake systems in market, in the end the thesis put forward a innovative air intake system which colligated cost and performance;(2) According to the standard and actual performance, and laying out the air with CATIA, optimizing the design of the intake system of the assembly of the structure, theoretical analysis and calculation, and using CFD to build the simulation model, analyzing the air intake system for flow characteristics, which shorted the cycle of product design and manufacture;(3) According to the parts which were developed, and having test about the air intake efficiency、temperature field、the power of the engine、the intake noise contribution and wading test, and these tests fully proved that the new innovative air intake system is up to the mustard;(4) Based on the models of engine air intake system design exploiture and verification, establishing the performance criterion the exploiture process and the test specification as technical reserves to provide a reference for design and exploiture of subsequent series models。...
