Energy saving and high efficiency has been an inevitable trend of the development of the diesel engine. With the increasing demand of mine production and relevant national regulation is becoming more and more strict, as the power equipment of the mine transport vehicles, the diesel engine must have better performance after increasing the flameproof device.The intake system determines the volumetric efficiency and combustion process of diesel engine, and directly affect the performance of diesel engine. Because the complexity of intake flow process, the computer simulation technology play an irreplaceable role on the diesel engine of intake performance.In this paper, based on the computer simulation technology of internal combustion engine, in line with one dimensional analysis of the whole, three dimensional analysis of local analysis, is aimed at the intake liquidity of prototype engine and put forward the improvement measures of the prototype development of flameproof diesel engine based on the intake conclusion.Firstly, this paper has been built a complete GT-POWER simulation model of prototype engine. After proving the validity of the simulation model,has studied the overall energy loss and the effect of the performance of prototype with the variation of compression ratio and injection timing; Secondly, this paper has been studied intake of liquidity of the prototype engine based on the GT-POWER simulation model, by changed parameters of the simulation analysis of intake system structure affect the performance of prototype engine, and based on the overall layout and analysis results of the diesel engine, has put forward the improvement measures of intake system; Finally, this paper has been established GT-POWER model of a certain type of six-cylinder flameproof diesel engine, after compared with the performance of prototype engine has been proved the necessity of research of flameproof diesel engine intake system,by using ANSYS-FLUENT for the finite element analysis of internal flow field of flameproof intake system, by combine with the conclusion of the original prototype engine, putting forward improvement scheme of the flameproof intake system.
