Research On Xi’an Wen-jing Residential Landscape Planning And Design

In recent years, with the rapid development of social productive forces, people’s living standard has been improved, so people request higher quality of living environment. Modern residential landscape design requires creating landscape environment that is both suitable for people to live and promotive for the exchange of people’s activities Humanized residential landscape design has become the development trend of modern residential landscape design.This article is based on the classification and design principles of residential landscape design. Through the theoretical research of residential landscape design and humanized residential landscape design, we study the basic principles, guiding ideology and design principles of modern humanized residential landscape design, analyzed the two cases of the Dongguan Tianli Central Park and the Haikou Jindi Hancheng, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of modern humanized residential landscape design. Combining with the practical project, we do related analysis and study on the Xi’an Wenjing Residence’s humanized landscape design through eight aspects: construction, road landscape, green planting landscape, water landscape, hard landscape, lighting landscape, area landscape and protection landscape. We use questionnaire survey and behavior observation to do assessment of the Xi’an Wenjing Residence landscape design that has been put into practice. We try to put forward the strategies of modern humanized residential landscape design to propose a reference for future study on humanized landscape design.
