With the continuous expansion of the scale of China’s power grid, power users are also increasing. Normal power supply is the repair scheduling system’s goal. When the distribution lines’ equipments have failured, the system can quickly determine the location of fault and rapidly repair its fault in order to promptly restore power. In this paper, this is the actual significance of research. According to geographical situation of grid facilities in the outdoors and geotargeting needs of power fault repair, proposing the fault repair method for unsupervised area based on GIS/GPS/GPRS Technology.This paper analyzes the characteristics of distribution lines’ network model and GIS data model, constructs the network model of distribution based on GIS, and achieves network analysis functions, which include path analysis, resource allocation, supply range analysis. This provides a good foundation for all aspects of equipment fault location and repair scheduling in the future. For areas with low automation level, combining with distribution lines network model and 95598 complaints information, determine the location of equipment failures in order to repair.The overall design of the repair scheduling system is divided into repair ticket management,repair monitoring, query system and handset software. GIS as a means of data processing, GPS as a means of the data collection and GPRS as a means of data transmission elaborate system’s running processes.This paper focuses on the repair monitoring’s vehicle terminal and handset’s applications and HC-2000 GMT is used as the vehicle terminal. At last, the thesis analyses some key function modules such as GPS serial-port communication and data analyses and map matching, and gives the particular realization.Handset applications can make power fault repair steps carried out, thus the repair time is greatly reduced. Since the GIS portion of handset and monitoring center uses the same development platform, the fill and approval of repair votes, repair monitoring and repair information query management can be done on the handset. The use of vehicle terminal and handset for repair scheduling system provides a good foundation.
