| In order to make rational use of industrial waste residue, based on lots of experiments, researchers found that lithium slag possesses high pozzolanic activity. It can cement on the hydration process of product Ca(OH) 2 occurred in the second hydration reaction, meanwhile, it’s own micro expansion and good resistance to abrasion and other properties, application and in the existing engineering, confirmed the lithium slag is feasible as concrete admixture replacing part of the cementation. The test replace part of cementation in concrete with lithium slag quality, it is carried out to study the influence factors of different water binder ratios, different environmental conditions. The test not only explores the changes of lithium slag concrete strength under different curing conditions, the early cracking resistance of lithium slag concrete are discussed using knife edge method at different ambient temperatures The test results are as following:(1) With the dosage of lithium slag on the changes, the early strength of concrete is also changing. Lithium slag admixture is 10%,compressive strength of lithium slag concrete at different ages is higher than that of the pure cemented concrete, so for the compressive strength of lithium slag optimum adding amount is 10%.(2) When the water cement ratio and the dosages of lithium slag are certain, at the same age, the compressive strength of concrete from high to low are standard curing, sprinkler maintenance and water conservation; when the curing condition is certain, with the same water cement ratio, the compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of the dosages of lithium slag; when lithium slag content is certain, with the curing condition, the compressive strength of concrete decrease with water binder ratio increases.(3) When the water binder ratio, dosages of lithium slag and age are the same, the effects of temperature on the lithium slag concrete strength are greater than the humidity changes.(4) Splitting relationship between tensile and compressive strength of lithium slag high performance concrete, recommended formula? ?75.019.0ccts?ff.(5)As can be seen from the orthogonal experiment, influences of concrete with lithium slag on the maximum crack from large to small in turn are temperature, water cement ratio and the dosages of lithium slag; effects on the total crack area of unit area from large to small in turn are temperature, lithium slag content and water binder ratio.(6)Lithium slag concrete early cracking of optimal water cement ratio is 0.30, the temperature is 20 DEG C, the dosages of lithium slag is 30%.At this time, the anti crack effect of concrete is better than that of pure cement concrete anti cracking effect. |
