Power system planning and operation is an important part of the power supply regionfor national economic and social development, but also an important part of electric power enterprise’s long-term development planning, planning of power grid for power grid construction, operation and supply security has a leading and decisive role. In this paper the Fuyang deer mountain area power grid situation analysis, analysis of the current network for area survey, research and analysis for the maximum load area and the consumption and supply, through the network structure of power transmission and transformation equipment, studies the Fuyang deer mountain area power systempresent situation and the existence main problem analysis.The load forecasting has been discussed in the paper. The short-term power load forecasting methods were briefly described, and then the prediction of Fuyang regional economic development was taken into consideration,Introducing the Triple Dual-connection Grid Scheme, namely "double power sources, double lines, double accesses", this is the rapid development of the city, provide a good model for city reliable power supply load center, is conducive to reducing the power supply radius, enhanced grid structure, improve operational flexibility, enhance network scalability.This paper focuses on the low voltage distribution network planning process, will be mainly to block load forecast as the basis, consider the coefficient must also obtain the feeder load rate, feeder load matching of the corresponding distribution capacity, thusthe distribution equipment planning. Based on the block of load forecasting, the use ofsmall area load growth model, launched in recent mid-term load forecasting results.According to the cell with control planning and Research on the key construction areanear the middle of the near and mid power grid planning and construction scheme, considering the load forecast, equipment planning, the near and medium-termeconomic development planning and other aspects of the factors that the target grid planning.
