At present,global warming and energy situation are becoming more and more tense,which have posed a serious threat to people's healthy life and social and economic development.In order to seek sustainable development and strive to occupy a dominant position in the future international competition,all countries in the world are actively developing new energy.Although our country is rich in resources,it has a large population and limited space for carbon dioxide emission.If we do not increase the proportion of renewable energy and clean energy,it will certainly restrict our economic and social development.Among many new energy sources,solar photovoltaic power generation has obvious advantages such as safety,cleanliness and sustainability.It is very beneficial for improving ecology and protecting environment.Therefore,it is favored by more and more people.All countries in the world are actively developing solar power generation technology.Solar photovoltaic power generation uses photoelectric conversion materials to convert solar radiation energy directly from light energy to electric energy.Its technological advantages have gradually emerged.In this paper,the technical characteristics and schemes of grid-connected large-capacity photovoltaic power plants are discussed,and on this basis,the impact of grid-connected large-capacity photovoltaic power plants on short-term load forecasting of regional power grid is discussed.Uncertainty of new energy generation depends on climate,season,weather and other reasons.When the proportion of new energy in regional power grid exceeds a certain limit,it will bring difficulties to traditional load forecasting and reduce the accuracy of load forecasting.Based on the design of Jiguanshan photovoltaic power project access grid system in Tieling area,this paper studies the general situation of local power grid,power load forecasting,power balance,scheme demonstration of access system and electrical calculation to get the optimal scheme.On this basis,the paper studies and discusses the impact of randomness and uncontrollability of photovoltaic power output on load forecasting of regional power grid.Finally,this paper proposes a short-term load forecasting method based on Grey Elman neural network algorithm to predict the short-term load of regional power grid,in order to improve the accuracy of load forecasting of regional power grid after grid-connected photovoltaic power stations.By comparing with traditional methods and load forecasting tools used by dispatching departments,this paper presents a new method for short-term load forecasting of regional power grid.The proposed algorithm can effectively solve the problem of reducing the accuracy of load forecasting caused by grid-connected photovoltaic power plants.It provides a reference for the future research and implementation of grid-connected large-capacity photovoltaic power plants under the background of rapid development of new energy projects in China.This paper has 16 figures,12 tables and 62 references.
