The Technology Economic Analysis And Evaluation Of Central Heating Project In Dongfang Power Company

In vast areas of northern China, the winter heating is people’s basic living needs, there are mainly centralized heating and household heating two heating methods, including central heating in urban cities in northern China has been widely promoted and implemented. Urban central heating is one of the city’s major infrastructure modernizations, the development of urban district heating is an important way to save energy and protect the environment, which is directly related to the quality of life of urban residents and the urban economy. It is also an important part of the government’s municipal utilities. In China’s urban central heating is to get national recognition and encouragement policy heating heating mode, therefore, central heating plays an active role in social life and production in northern China, so how to better carry out the construction or renovation of central heating engineering is benefit for better promote northern central heating engineering construction and renovation project evaluation.This paper considers as 2×350MW plants central heating project in Dongfang Power Company for instance, and gives a reference for the central heating project in northern China cities. For this purpose, this paper works on the central heating theories were introduced, including the characteristics of the project and common central heating central heating mode. According to the characteristics of heating engineering, engineering feasibility and heat load related indicators were analyzed, the environmental benefits generated by heating project analysis; and an evaluation index system are built, for the construction of heating pipe network is analyzed, summed up the two schemes of central heating project, according to the index system characteristics, using AHP as an evaluation method, the weights were calculated with the actual situation and the characteristics of the project indicators to quantify treatment, combined with weights and index score finished preferred evaluation program through the Assessment optimized engineering program. At the end of the paper, some relevant recommendations and conclusions are given, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
