Most parts of Yunnan province belongs to the temperate areas, because of its unique climate characteristics and local characteristics, the area of building energy efficiency work lags far behind other climate zones in China, especially in low energy consumption building research is still in its infancy, research of this topic is in this case.Based on the collected data analysis of different types of civil construction in Yunnan province can use present situation, and starting from moderate regional climate characteristics, use of energy-saving design software, numerical simulation,heating and air conditioning, lighting, power, hot water analysis in four directions can use characteristics of various types of buildings, the architectural design of a low energy consumption, it is concluded that temperate areas by improving the palisade structure heat preservation performance of building energy saving rate is limited, the influence of lighting, power, water energy conservation is the key part.
