With the development of global economy, the primary energy sources is less and less.In the category of all of the energy consumption, building energy consumption accounted for 30% of the total energy consumption in China and with the improvement of urbanization level and the increase of the total construction area of increased year by year, to save building energy consumption becomes a very important work. Most parts of Yunnan province belongs to the temperate areas, because of its unique climate characteristics and local characteristics, the area of building energy efficiency work lags far behind other climate zones in China, especially in low energy consumption building research is still in its infancy, research of this topic is in this case.Based on the collected data analysis of different types of civil construction in Yunnan province can use present situation, and starting from moderate regional climate characteristics, use of energy-saving design software, numerical simulation,heating and air conditioning, lighting, power, hot water analysis in four directions can use characteristics of various types of buildings, the architectural design of a low energy consumption, it is concluded that temperate areas by improving the palisade structure heat preservation performance of building energy saving rate is limited, the influence of lighting, power, water energy conservation is the key part. Air-conditioning, lighting, power, and respectively from the heating hot water from four aspects, and not in Kunming city two engineering examples, the application of building energy saving technology in mild areas to explore analysis, obtained using different energy saving technology of building energy-saving contribution rate, finally it is concluded that the low-power technology scheme suitable for temperate zone, namely to achieve basic item in the design of low energy consumption building energy-saving rate is greater than or equal to 70% of the target, envelope in the civil building energy saving design standard of Yunnan province situation, give full play to the advantage of abundant solar energy resources,temperate area utilization of heat pump technology, solar hot water, solar photovoltaic power generation technology, integrates solar building design in architecture, in addition to make full use of natural lighting technology, such as the light hole, to reduce the energy consumption of lighting system, at the same time, also should pay attention to in the construction (especially tall buildings) in the power system adopts high efficiency motors and frequency energy-saving techniques, etc.
