Study Of Injection Molding Human-machine Operation Improvement In S Company Based On Lean Production

After the reform and opening up, with the manufacturing industry has gradually become a pillar industry of China’s national economy, manufacturing companies increasingly focus on the control of the production process. Various manufacturing companies are constantly learning advanced production ideas and methods, trying to overcome the weak links in the production, improve production processes, optimize productivity and improve production levels. In the medical device industry, it is more and more urgent to improve the production process optimization due to its rapid development in recent years.Company S, the object of this paper focuses on, is a professional high-tech manufacturing enterprise which engaged in medical equipment research and development, production and sales. Some problems have appeared in its current production process including the human-machine operating time utilization rate of injection molding is low, the workshop logistics and transport situation is complex, and transportation operations conflict occurs frequently, and field management is relatively difficult to control due to these issues.In order to solve the problems of injection molding human-machine operation, this paper puts forward two aspects to improve the process based on the information provided by the company S and in-depth enterprise field investigation data obtained from the production workshop, combined with domestic and foreign literature research, and the ideas of lean production and industrial engineering methods. The two aspects are the improvement on injection molding human-machine operations and the optimization on logistics transportation. On the one hand, through operation process adjustment and personnel division, improved the current single human-machine operation mode to two persons’ cooperation joint operation mode; On the other hand, through re-planning the workshop production facilities and establishing the operation norms for each production working procedure, standardize operations of logistics transportation. Based on the evaluation of feasibility of the improved scheme and the expected effect in theory, improvement scheme is practical and feasible, and can effectively solve the problems existing in the enterprise production process.The paper proposes the direction can further deepen research in the final and provides recommendations of improvement in the future for the company. Meanwhile, this paper also has certain reference significance for the majority of domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to implement Lean production line.
