Research On The Problems And Meatures Of School Bus Management

In recent years, the safety of the school bus comes out increasingly.More and more people begin to pay attention to the impact of school bus safety to people’s lives. School bus management has also become a part of people’s livelihood. School bus issue has become a hot topic of natural society. In April 2012, the State Council promulgated the "school bus safety regulations," this social issues is into the legal system. It also shows the Government’s emphasis on people’s livelihood. School bus is a new thing in the 21 st century, it appears a long way to solve the problem of the students go to school. However, due to the high operating costs of school bus, as a school, on the one hand,people want to reduce operating costs, on the other hand there can not reduce the use of the school bus. Therefore, unilateral management of the school bus is not too standardized. There is a huge security operation security risks. Thus, the problem of school bus management has become a part of the government’s public service. Obviously, Solving this problem is not easy, which requires the government to design system and adjust their thinking.The research problem to be solved is how to better protect the school bus safety. Research questionnaires and in-depth interviews will be based on the results. We launched on the 500 public survey in Changsha City on the current situation and problems in school bus management conducted a preliminary understanding, analyzes the current management of school bus. On this basis, it explains the reasons for these problems. Research shows that school bus accidents occurred frequently in recent years. It has caused the government and the people to the importance of school management issues at first glance. But the management of the school bus still not optimistic. The prevalence of poor policy implementation and monitoring, the number of small school bus standards, the lack of safety awareness, school bus safety and quality is not high, the lack of systematic school bus management measures and other issues. Finally, this paper proposes to address these issues in order to improve school bus safety of helpful suggestions.
