The Research Of Green Construction Project Management

With the increasing scarcity of resources and environmental deterioration, the construction industry, which consumes many resources and causes much environmental pollution, has become a big focus of attention. However, in the whole chain of the construction industry, construction phase’s impact on resources consumption and the environment is not only most direct but also the most obvious. To achieve sustainable development in construction industry, China proposed "green construction" as a direction of future development, it also become the inevitable demand of construction projects and construction industry development trend.This text firstly introduce the research situation of The Project multi-objective research and The Green construction research, then compared the gap between the research inner and abroad to show that we still in arrears of the developed countries. The green construction research in our country is now in the stage of theoretical study and should combine the doctrine and practice, establish comprehensive management systems and make innovations on the construction technique. Secondly, a green construction instance in DL middle school is given and its implementation of the project is described specifically. And then the existing problems about the green construction project are analyzed and commented. The last the paper puts forward some proposals to promote green construction in China.The green construction management, established in this paper, is designed to promote the green process of construction projects, reduce the waste of resources and reduce the impact on the environment. It has much important reference value for promoting green construction and has certain significance for the realization of Sustainable Development of the construction industry.
