Study On The Interface Design Of Campus Open Space Based On Material Aesthetics

This paper aims at elaborating the university campus open space interface, based on the material aesthetics. It mainly divides into three parts. The first part is the theory of the university campus open space and its interface. On this basis, combining with the actual case, the shape, scale, function and characteristics of university campus open space are summarized, as well as the type of interface, aesthetic principle, function and aesthetic factors. The second part mainly analyzes the interaction of the campus open space interface and material, respectively from two different points of view:the interface consisted of material and the material in the campus open space interface. Then try to find a strategies to bring out the best in the interface and material through the way of field investigation, questionnaire investigation, drawing sketch.
