Concrete pump truck is an important tool in conveying concrete in construction. Itcan combine concrete level transmission with vertical transportation through the boomsystem. So it has advantages as follows: flexible, simple construction procedure, highworking efficiency and quality of casting good.Now, it gradually becomes anIndispensable equipment in building construction.Because of the poor working environment of concrete pump truck, and thealternating work of two main oil cylinder,during reverse process the severe impact andvibration occur.Hydraulic system is under this alternative hydraulic impact in thelong-term. As a result,pipelines and components will be vibrated, Sometimes it evencauses the damages of sealing device and hydraulic components. Therefore, it isnecessary to study the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of concrete pumptruck.This article chooses the hydraulic system of concrete pump car as the researchobject.It introduces the research status and development trend of domestic concretepump and the pump sending,and analyzes the structure of the swinging system and itsworking principle. According to the working principle,the mathematical model andsimulation model of the oscillation system are established separately.And the models aresimulated by using AMESim simulation platform. This article studies the impacts ofdifferent energy storage device parameters and load torque to dynamic characteristicsand cushion performance of swing system, and finds the response characteristics of Spipe valve, and the changes of the displacement of piston rod and rodless cavitypressure under different pumping conditions. Finally, through a water experiment,itvalidates the accuracy of simulation model, analysis the changes of the pressure inswing cylinder rodless chamber,the swing cylinder speed and commutation time underdifferent displacement,and then finds the root cause of the hydraulic impact and thenoise.
