| In order to effectively control the opening and closing movement process of high voltageGIS disconnector motor operating mechanism, and realize its intelligent action in the processof operation to meet the intelligent power grid planning and construction in our country, thispaper has taken550kV GIS disconnector motor operating mechanism as the research object tocarry on the research that analyzes the movement characteristics of disconnecting switchmotor operating mechanism.Then the high voltage GIS disconnector motor operatingmechanism and control systems was proposed and designed on the basis of that. The mainresearch contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Studied the cooperate relationship of power and movement characteristics betweendisconnector and motor operating mechanism, and analyzed the controllability of motoroperating mechanism.The motion analysis model of motor operating mechanism is establishedand motion relationship between driving motor and driving connecting rod is derived throughthe analysis of the relative motion process of disconnector drive link and motor operatingmechanism. Meanwile, the load torque and the equivalent moment of inertia in side of motorspindle in the process of motor operating mechanism opening and closing movement, havecalculated by employing analytic method. Analyzed the motor operating mechanism operatingcharacteristics and its controllability, using pulse width modulation technology to adjustvoltage of drive motor winding, achieve the effective control of disconnector contact speed.(2) Analyzed the motion process of disconnctor and its choose the phase closingtechnology, the sectional PID control strategy of movement process is put forward. The speedof the motor change range is very large in the state of start. It is difficult to achieve therequired control effect because of the control parameters of the conventional PID controllerare fixed, and the output control quantity can appear saturation state. For this shortcomingdifferent stages in the motion process of the disconnector with different control parameters ofPID controller is put forward to meet the control system in the entire movement process cancarry on the effective control to the motor operating mechanism and achieve its choose thephase closing technology.(3) The high voltage GIS disconnecting switch motor operating mechanism control system is designed. The control device is developed with TMS320F28335as the core dataprocessing chip, including AD conversion module, PWM wave isolation driver module, IGBTinverter circuit and other peripheral hardware circuit. And the software program design byadopting the idea of modular programming.The programming of the control circuit iscompleted to realize the intelligent control of disconnecting switch movement process.(4) The online experiment of the motor operating mechanism are carried out.The550kVGIS disconnecting switch motor operating mechanism experiment platform is established, andthe opening and closing experiment, the closing speed control test are completed. Theexperimental results show that motor operating mechanism driving speed characteristics ofhigh voltage disconnecting switch can meet the speed performance requirements. Completedthe software design and hardware circuit debugging of disconnrctor motor operatingmechanism choose relevant close experiment, and preliminary accomplish zero closeexperiment with40.5kV disconnector to verify the effectiveness of the designed controlsystem.The40.5kV disconnector motor operating mechanism experiment platform isestablished. The zero close experiment and operation stability experiment of disconnector arecompleted. The experimental results show that the switch contacts movement can becontrolled very well with the control system and the control method designed in this paper,and the zero close time error within±1ms of disconnector zero close experiment. |
