With the development of smart grid construction, the intelligent electrical equipment has been paid widely attention, so the motor operating mechanism based on the power electronics of high voltage circuit breaker emerge as the times require. The research of this thesis concentrates on control scheme of moving contact movement control system which is drived by limited rotor displacement angle PMBLDC motor operating mechanism. By controlling the moving contact, the opening and closing speed characteristics can be satisfied with the well motor working characteristics. So, the solid foundation will be laid for the intelligent operation of the circuit breaker according to the different power grid load characteristics.Fristly, the mathematical model of noval limited rotor displacement angle PMBLDC motor operating mechanism and matching between circuit breaker counterforce characteristic and actuator output force characteristics is discussed. The ideal movement contact curve calculated according to the characteristics of 40.5kV indoor vacuum circuit breaker interrupters is given. Secondly, the control simulation model of linear servo motor mechanism is established. Based on the establishment of traditional PID controller, single neuron intelligent PID, fuzzy self-adapting PID controller mathematical model, three digital double closed-loop control of moving contact movement control system simulation models are builded and the contrast between them is analized. It will supply the theory basis for the future design of intelligent controller. Subsequently, the high voltage circuit breaker moving contact movement control system centering around TMS320LF2407A DSP controller is designed. The hardware composed of power module, moving contract speed and motor current monitoring circuit, serial communication module is constructed. In the CCS2.2 programming environment, the control scheme of moving contact movement control is realized by completing the correlative programmer and arithmetic debug.Finally, the motor operating mechanism controller realizes the main function in design. The research and experiment result proves that, the design structure of motor operating mechanism control system is reasonable. And it not only realizes commonly function of traditional operating mechanism,but also make moving contact movement characteristic be controlled which make the movement curve same as the ideal one. It has an extensive application space to enhance the intelligent level of circuit breaker by researching the advanced control strategy and controller.
