The schedule,quality and cost are three major goals of project management. In Particular,the schedule management is the key aspect which a project succeeds in engineering project.How does well the project schedule management is a question which many enterprisesurgently wait to be solve. Time delay problem is a universal problem in the constructionindustry in the world today, both effects under the contract, whether can use constructionprojects delivered on time, also in relation to the whole construction project investmentactivities of the comprehensive economic benefits can be smooth realization. Museum of thecharacteristics of the project is, in the aggregate, process, process more complicated, novelstructure, these characteristics determine the construction schedule of such projects willencounter many uncertainty factors in management. Therefore, the schedule management isthe main contradiction in the process of museum construction, it affects the whole economicand social benefits of the project. In order to guarantee the successful implement ofengineering project quality, schedule control is very important.Based on Shaanxi YanChang petroleum museum engineering as an example, on the basisof the review the research status at home and abroad, combine the theory and empirical,qualitative and quantitative combined methods, explore the museum construction schedulemanagement issues. Paper first to Shaanxi YanChang the oil museum, analyze the basicsituation of the project, analysis the project characteristics, management emphasis and theinfluence factors of the project schedule, the progress of the project to Shaanxi YanChang theoil museum management research has laid a theoretical foundation; On this basis, a detaileddiscussion on the extension of the oil project schedule planning methods and steps of themuseum, according to the project work breakdown structure, and estimate the time of theproject activity, determine the relationship between the construction successively, divides thework responsibility assignment matrix, map the project network plan, so as to develop theproject schedule; Paper finally the implementation of the project construction schedule controlare studied, in the process of implementation of schedule management process, carried on thethorough analysis and put forward the corresponding prevention and protection measures, through effective project monitoring, timely adjust the project plan, ensure the smoothcompletion of the project.
