| Concrete was extensively used in all kinds of engineering construction. But the insufficiency of the concrete body structure strength has caused many engineering quality accident. Hence, it’s very important to strengthen the concrete strength testing and quality supervision.The rebound method, which is used to test concrete strength struction bodies, has many advantages:the operation is simple and economic, and it can be used everywhere at any time, etc. Based on the actual characteristics of the hydraulic concrete which is used in the south-to-north water transfer project hebei section, the thesis utilized the rebound method respectively to formulate corresponding pumped concrete and the non-pumped concrete rebound method of special strength curve.This article respectively prepared C20, C25, C30, C40, C50five strength grade of a certain amount of standard test cube, which was made of pumped concrete and the non-pumped concrete, then made them into a certain number of entity test wall, and then respectively maintained them with the engineering structure body in the same condition. Respectively made rebound test on7d,28d60d and90d age of pumped and the non-pumped concrete standard test block. According to the rebound value, carbonation depth value and compression strength value, finally obtained the logarithmic curve and power function curve of the corresponding pumped and non-pumped concrete.This article made test on corresponding rebound value, carbonated depth and compressive strength of the concrete test wall. By comparing these results with those on concrete testing, obtained the special strength curve correction factor of the corresponding pumped concrete and the non-pumped concrete. And finally established a more scientific and reasonable and conform to the hebei section concrete body strength detection requirements, which can be practical and applicable stength curve specially used for rebound method. |
