In this part ,after the investigation on the components requirements and key parameters of high performance concrete and mix design, based on the Abrams formula ,the mix proportion are given and adapted as those of C60 mixed with fly ash ,C80 mixed with fly ash , C80 mixed with furnance slag and C80 mixed with both fly ash and blast furnance slag . The material from Tai an are adapted and the proportions are adjusted. and the final mix proportions are given .In contrst with the material from different regions ,the conclusions that the mix proportions of high performance vary with the materials and the some key parameters influnce each other are put forward. According to the tests of ultrasonic detection, rebound method and compressive strength on 117 specimens, this part engages in the preliminary study on nondestructive test technique of high performance concret. Experimental study and comparative analys show that it does not affect too much in contrast with river sand when fine aggregate adopts desalted sea sand. As regard to the influnce on the results of nondestructive examination when using the different admixture ,the paper makes a more accurate and more convenient conversion table between the rebound value and the strength of concrete —the conversion table between the average rebound value of high performance Concrete and its compressive strength .
