Test Research On Concrete Strength Survey By Ultrasonic-Rebound Method

Concrete is one of the most important material of civil engineering.The quality of the structure concrete will affect the safety of structure directly. Traditional method of the structure concrete quality test base on the cube sample selected according to regulation.But for the construction quality surveillance manages not strictly, performance index of the test concrete sample is different with that of the actual structure concrete sometimes. In recent years, as a. result of the concrete quality question, the construction accident which caused occurs frequently.Therefore, direct to the structural concrete for construction quality of the whole process of detection and control is an effective way to ensure project quality has become a concrete project an important means of quality control.In this article,to simulates the concretes stressful condition changes in the construction progress,which impact on concrete performance.In the laboratory, the author makes different intensity levels of ordinary concrete blocks of the standard cube,ultrasonic-rebound tested at different load. Study of loda on the impact of ultrasonic and rebound testing. Through the regression analysis and uesing inverse regression analyesis and data fusion, we get the ultrasonic-rebound combined method testing strength curve and inverse regression and data-fusion of ultrasonic-rebound method testing strength curve of these two materials under the different load,for practical engineering measurement and control of concrete construction throughout to provide a simple calculation method and referenee for testing staff concerned.To verify the applicability of the regression equation obtained the experiment, according to the method of the rules, the essay takes the sound found velocity values of test block, measured under a pressure level (30-50kN), and establish a dedicated strength test curve another, re-forming the eight groups of standard test block of concrete cubes were made to fit test (coarse aggregate gravel and pebbles, respectively, the intensity level for the C30 and C35).And the results obtained in the experiment were compared with the results of specific strength test curve.
