Wind energy resource of china is rich, development potential is tremendous, which will become an important part of the future energy structure. Starting from zero, large wind turbine manufacturing industry in our country has mastered the parts design and manufacturing technology from750kW to6MW at present, and implements the batch production. However on the whole, key parts design and manufacturing technology are still the biggest bottleneck of the long-term development of gearbox manufacturing in China. Gearbox manufacturing still rely on foreign technology from design to manufacturing, not completely get rid of the introduction and imitation, the introduction and imitation.Wind turbine gearbox is growth in the process of work under an irregular change to wind action and the strong wind hitting load work under the condition of low speed gear, overloading, and the force of the system is complicated. Force and deformation condition is helpful to improve the wind gearbox design, so as to improve gearbox ratio of power to weighs, reduce the vibration,to guarantee its reliability during the design life period, which is of great significance for large wind turbine gearbox industrialization and promoting the development of wind power technology in China. And abroad, to enter the wind power of the wind turbines must pass the certification. In the earliest implementation of wind power certification of Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands, the wind power installed capacity, technical level is in the world leading level, set up a complete system of authentication, and has been a leader in the field of development and application of the certification status. The context mainly do the necessary dynamic load test of planet gear in order to pass the Germany Lloyd wind turbine certification system, which evaluate whether the planet gear design meet the design requirement.In the study of this thesis, main work as follows:GL certification related technical requirements were introduced, the principle of test loading system is studied, and test loading system is established.Formulation gear ring strain test plan could satisfy the requirement of GL wind gearbox certification and strain gauge paste, gear box wiring within the cabinet. Amount of related research identified the GL requires measuring principle and calculation method. Through the planetary transmission test under different load conditions and the analysis of experimental data processing, it is concluded that the actual effect and the test data used in engineering design.In a word, through the research, basic mastered the strain test method that could satisfy the requirement of GL certification, and the corresponding method of data analysis and processing. Not only improve the professional technology level, but also the planetary gear design and manufacture in the future enterprise will have great guidance; ascending the comprehensive performance index for planet gear products, the gearbox product quality and more in-depth research has certain reference value and significance.
