As the core component of the wind turbine,the planetary gear speed increase box has the characteristics of low speed,large load and variable speed operation.However,due to the complex and bad conditions of its working conditions,high overhead erection and maintenance difficulties,the reliability and service life of the gear box are higher,so the actual wind condition is considered.The dynamic characteristics of planetary gear transmission system was of great significance for understanding the internal working state of the planetary gearbox of the wind turbine.In this paper,based on the dynamic model of the planetary gear transmission system of the wind turbine,the dynamic response of the planetary gear system was calculated under the premise of solving the load of the wind turbine unit under the random wind conditions and considering the internal and external excitation,and the time frequency analysis of the calculation results was carried out,and the vibration of the system was obtained under various working conditions.Characteristics,that is,the main job of this article.1.using the dynamic equation of the gear system,the vibration principle of the gear pair is expounded.On this basis,the dynamic model of the planetary gear transmission system of the wind turbine was created.In addition,the impact vibration characteristics of the gear pair appear under the high speed and light load,and the solar wheel and the planetary wheel are taken as the research object,and the response form is analyzed.2.the simulation calculation is carried out on the 9 operating conditions of the actual operation of the wind turbine,and its correctness was demonstrated in the theoretical calculation and numerical calculation,and the change law of the influence of the load on the wheel hub of the fan is summed up,so as to make a paving for the influence of the random wind on the system.3.based on the Hertz theory,the vibration model of the gear pair collision was analyzed.Using the control variable method,considering the influence of the changeof load and speed on the model,one of the variables is kept unchanged,the other variable is changed,and the law of the meshing and collision vibration of the system is analyzed.4.according to the calculated random conditions,the load generated by the wind turbine hub is input into the planetary gear transmission system.Under the premise of internal stiffness excitation,the influence of the external wind load on the dynamic load of the planetary transmission system was calculated.According to the Fu Liye transformation,the spectrum diagram of the system was calculated and analyzed under the random wind condition.The vibration characteristics of the system.
