Study On The Reasonable Price Method In The Bidding Practice On Water Conservancy Project

Presently national construction steadily promotes rapid economic development. Nevertheless the main point is how to get the better market environment resources, to lead the bidding method can better reflect the principle of "openness, fairness and justice", and to choose competitive bidders through the selection. Based in complex part of the water conservancy engineering construction project, the current evaluation method is commonly used in the bidding market which is difficult to satisfy the developer. People want to look for winners and all kinds of relations, even since human scale is still there. Above all of this, in study of the process the tender of bid evaluation method, to strengthen the tender bidding work is not strict, injustice. It is urgent to reduce artificial factors of bidding an honorary judge intervention, and reduce corruption. Thus reasonable choice is of great significance to the optimal the winning bidder.This article is to introduce the development history and process of tendering and bidding at our country and abroad. Most parts of the article are to introduces the process of the bidding work in water conservancy project, the scope and the way of bidding, summarizes the characteristics of water conservancy projects in China and the problems existing in the bidding process. Jilin province is introduced the current main evaluation method reasonable average method, and analysis is conducted on the current water conservancy project of the bid evaluation method the evaluation index system, a detailed discussion of water conservancy project bidding steps. The reasonable price of AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in this paper the author implemented by Jilin province water conservancy project bidding for practical application in the case. According to this system to establish a reasonable average fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP, through quantitative analysis. Finally, using of reasonable evaluation method, this paper presents a scientific and rational choice of the winning unit.
