To be the important hardware support role of automobile comfort andautomation function, the reliability allocation of BCS (body control system) should befocus on by automobile designers. Based on the comparison of several kinds ofnormal BCS, the paper takes centralized BCS to be study object, and allocate itsreliability index from system to element layer.Depend on the detailed introduction of several normal reliability allocation methods, paper choose AGREE method to allocate the reliability index of centralized BCS, andmakes some corrections to important coefficient and complexity coefficient. In orderto ensure the allocation result be more truthfulness, this correction method introducesfailure criticality into important coefficient; and when there are some same elementsin the subsystem, its complexity level will be reduced, this situation also should beconsidered. In the allocation of centralized BCS reliability index, we define the main functionbe subsystem at first, and allocate the reliability index on function layer withcorrection AGREE method; secondly, unify the reliability index of power andcontrol module, make sure it meet the requirements of each subsystem, and then, adjust the other parts reliability index with verification method of AGREE method; atlast, takes working failure rate be the predicted failure rate, allocate all the elementsreliability of the system with relative failure rate method in element layer.
