| The ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) plan is one of thelargest projects in the world. It will influence science in many fields significantly. ITERcomponent transfercask is one of thefusion deviceremote handling systems forITER.Cask transfers components between the Tokamak machine and the hot cell. Oneof the key parts of the transfer cask is the double seal door whose main function is tocomplete the docking and sealing missionswhen the cask and window docking.Thethesis analyses, designs and researches the double seal door.Firstly, the system working process and design requirements are discussed. Bydesigning, the maintenance door, the designing scheme of the cask door, the lockingmechanism, the transmission mechanism of locking device, the lifting mechanismandsealing are given out. When the sealing scheme is designed, the forces of thekeycomponents are derived byanalyzing the forces of double seal door system in differentsealing states. The static structural analysis is done to the fixture system based on thefinite element software Solidworks/simulation tothe preliminary design of the fixturestructure.By analyzing the deformationand stress nephogram, the structure is safety.Secondly, thecharacteristic ofthe lifting mechanismis discussed.By analyzing, thekinematic analysis and dynamic simulation of lifting process are done. In the kinematicanalysis, the lifting mechanism is equivalent toplanar linkage mechanism. Usinganalytical method, the speed and acceleration of the system are solved. thedynamicsimulation of lifting processis donebased on the ADAMS software.By analyzinga seriesof forces curves, the driving forces are obtained and thestructure of the liftingmechanism gets optimized, and its performance getsimproved.Furthermore,for the mechanisms’of the double seal door demand for power, combinewith hydraulic drive and electrical drive characteristics.The program for hydraulicsystem as the main, electrical system as auxiliary is determined. Then,the hydraulicsystem schematic is established.Thecomponent’sconfiguration and selectioniscompleted.Finally, the controlling system of the double seal door is designed, and thecomponents’ of the controlling system configuration and selection is completed. |
