Core components of CFETR device contain toxic substance beryllium,which is easily adsorbed on the surface of the part entering into the dust and is easily blown into air; lot of neutrons and gamma rays can also cause activation of some materials. Therefore, in order to avoid the spread of radioactive contamination in the hall, the transfer of core components from the vacuum vessel to transfer hot cell need the CASK vehicles to complete. Fusion reactor RH system is very complex, this paper will give a detailed description and analysis of design optimization for CASK.First, through the survey of energy problem, nuclear fusion reactor development and teleoperation technology research, describes the background and development of controlled nuclear fusion, and then describes the role of RH system in fusion reactor technology and introduces the development status of fusion teleoperation. Describes the research objectives and academic ideas of this article.Then, made a brief presentation for each component of CFETR device. According to the physical and functional requirements CFETR project objectives, the tasks for the RH system was analyzed. Details of the concept of CASK, introduced simultaneously running several operating processes. According to the characteristics of RH tasks, implemented a comprehensive description of CASK function; introduced CASK working environment and the design load; explains CASK design criteria. Also in order to be able to realize the remote control of CASK, the system involves many special requirements. Detailed introduce of the rescue capabilities, control, security, fire protection and other requirements; and in order to carry heavy loads, the structural stress, load and seismic demand also thoughtful. These guidelines provide a reference for the design and evaluation system.According to the functions of CASK, combined with the design requirements and working environment conditions, the various components of CASK are described in detail. Describes the body structure, air transport systems, double-sealed doors, docking interface, control navigation systems, the design and function of the internal drag bodies.Finally, for CFETR CASK sealing structure a novel multilayer complete seal is designed, the calculation is finished by selecting sealing force of the sealing material and the design of its initial leak detection scheme. Verified by calculation, the selection50HS fiuororubber greatly reduce the required sealing force, to reduce the rigidity of the device required. System features designed for a reasonable helium leak shield law, and the relationship between the vacuum pump and the flow rate of the confined space of the pressure equation of time according to the confined space, the time taken is proved in the leak in the allowable range.
