The measurement of the neutral gas pressure has important significance andapplication value in the study of fusion physics in the operation of nuclear fusionexperimental device. This paper analyzes the characteristic of pulse power supply ofmodulation pole for vacuum gauge, puts forward the design scheme for power supply ofpulse voltage output and continuous adjustment, which is based on fully studyingdevelopment of vacuum gauge and pulse power technology at home and abroad.The paper also studies the power of anti electromagnetic interference technology,and uses electromagnetic shielding, filtering and grounding technology to suppress theeffects of electromagnetic interference on the power supply. The main circuit of thepower supply includes: rectifier filter circuit, inverter circuit and pulse output circuit;using the half bridge topology to realize inverter circuit and the power input and outputisolation; select the appropriate power component according to load characteristics, anddesign the high frequency transformer, pulse buffer circuit of IGBT, output circuit ofvoltage and frequency sampling circuit.Combining the technology of single chip microcomputer and the integrated PWMchip SG3525A, improves the pulse generating circuit, and finally realizes thecontinuous adjustment of frequency and the duty cycle of PWM signal; using antiinterference technology in power amplifier circuit based on drive module IR2110as thecore, designs the power amplifier circuit for PWM control signal, completes the powerswitch control circuit design, and improve the stability of power supply.The paper completes the power circuit design and component parametercalculation by using Saber Sketch software as a tool, makes a simulation of powercircuit, analyzes the characteristics of circuit and gets the pulse output waveform, whichoptimizes the circuit design, verifies the reliability and feasibility of power supplydesign.Finally, the paper builds the single-chip microcomputer control system of thepower, and realizes the continuous adjustment of supply voltage amplitude and pulseoutput frequency by using the combination of fuzzy control algorithm and single-chipmicrocomputer control system, which has improved the control precision, stability andintelligent level of the power. Paper completed the design of fuzzy controller and thesimulation of pulse voltage control by using Matlab/simulink toolbox, which has testedthe control effect of voltage close loop control system. This paper also designs GPIB general purpose interface bus, and realizes the communication function ofmicrocomputer control system and PC.
