Study On Outdoor Environment Of Hospital In Tianjin

The hospital outdoor space environment is the external space of hospital architecture. With the development of society and continuous breakthrough and change of medical technology, people have realized that the original hospital external environment can’t meet the demand. Hospital outdoor space environment has a great effect on the adjuvant treatment for patients. Modern hospitals which are modeling by "family","garden","art" and "human touch" ready to come out."General hospital construction standard" sets that general hospital environment design should be conducive to patient’s physical and mental health, manifests the industry characteristics of pure, fresh, elegant and simple. A large number of medical practice studies prove that the pros and cons of various social factors, natural environment and psychological feelings is directly related to people’s health. More and more facts have proven that a good external environment can improve the work efficiency and establish the image of a hospital. It was pointed out that trees, sunshine, water and other natural factors can be used to adjust the number of anion in air, can help to restore damaged cells, and they can also help users to eliminate intense sentiment, alleviate pressure. Reasonable layout and good traffic flow line organization can avoid cross infection and enable patients to have necessary outdoor activities in convalescence.Through analysis of the data and field investigation on the tianjin general hospital environment, this article mainly analyzes the psychological needs of different users. Sums up the problems and reasons existing in current hospital outdoor environment in tianjin, and at the same time put forward the environmental design strategy based on the user’s demand. The author study the hospital outdoor environment design theory and methods of the different space through the analysis of hospital general layout, including Pre-hospital transition space, outpatient vestibular space, emergency vestibular space, parking space, the inpatient green space, roof garden, atrium and chambers, outdoor vertical greening and several other space. Based on the practical design investigation, the author provide a reference for the future hospital outdoor environment design.
