With the development of rail transit, subway vehicle because of its advantages in low cost of construction and operation, energy saving, environmental protection, play a great role in alleviating traffic congestion of the city, became the preferred scheme to ease the traffic pressure in the large and medium-sized city.The design relates to the field of subway vehicle network monitoring system, completed the design of data acquisition unit in the system. The data acquisition unit of network monitoring system is an important part in the network monitoring system. It is the tool of data collection and the executive body in the master device. This design adopts19inch6U chassis form based on the European standard as the hardware of data acquisition. The independent development of data acquisition unit in the network monitoring system has been achieved.This paper gives the system analysis, communication mode, design of electromagnetic compatibility; details the hardware structure of the back board, power board, MVB communication board, digital data acquisition board, digital output board, analog acquisition and output board, pulse or PWM signal acquisition board; introduces the process, method and results of the system test. And the main microcontroller code is been appended.The system could run stably, and has low costs of maintenance, meet the requirement of subway vehicle network monitoring system, has been achieved mass loading operation in Beijing subway Line6.
