In order to complete major scientific research technology of the C919aircraft project, and solve the key difficult problems during the process involved production, Shanghai aircraft manufacturing company asked to develop pulse heat sealing machine of the cotton insulation coating layer film, to meet the heat sealing process of new material requirements, and ensure that the pressing quality, and improve production efficiency at the same time.The pulse heat sealing device which this paper developed uses nichrome resistance to heat the coating film. The linear span of nichrome wire resistance is four meters long and it’s a inertial system, so it is necessary to establish an stable and reliable temperature control and monitoring system. First of all, build a hardware electrical system by using PLC as the control core, with fast response thermocouples and thermocouple module, output module and a touch display screen. According to the actual working condition requirements, develop controllable high power DC heating power. In view of the nichrome wire transient heating balance equation, establish the mathematical model which combined with fuzzy PID and feedforward control, then obtain the temperature control model. Design fuzzy PID controller on the MATLAB/SIMULINK platform to provide a theoretical basis for the PLC software. Finally the system collects temperature signals by fast response thermocouple through feedback control, deliver the error signal into the PID controller to operate, and make the S7-200PLC control the heating power supply to output voltage, thus changing the heating temperature of nickel-chromium resistance.The experimental results show that this method can eliminate outside interference factor, stable control heating temperature and heating time, effectively improve the response speed and control accuracy.The system improves the sealing process quality of cotton insulation, and has a good practical value.
