| Doing extensive research about domestic and overseas current situation and developing trend of vehicle starter performance comprehensive performance automatic test system, and in-depth studys virtual instrument and g-kong collection card, then I design comprehensive performance automatic test system based on LabVIEW vehicle high-power starter. The performance test system has such advantages as testing high-power starter, improving the detection data precision and the detection speed, doing dynamic test and completing automatic control test and so on.The working principle of the starter is analyzed in the paper, according to the demand gived to starter performance from vehicle engine, it makes the overall design for the high-power starter comprehensive performance automatic test system, including mechanical structure design, electric hardware system constructing, software function design and the whole test system’s EMC solution, refering to the seven national standards from<QC/T277-1999starter characteristic test method> to design starter performance test project.Firstly, the overall comprehensive performance test system designed in the paper, electrical parts mainly make use of PXI-2501multi-function collection card to build the control system, and it increases the system’s real-time operation, controller uses the traditional PID control method; EMC electromagnetic compatibility mainly dose anti-interference about Siemens6SE70frequency converter and solutes the problem of electrical cabinets going line, Secondly, test items designed according to national and related standard include: electromagnetic switch test, non-load characteristics test, braking characteristics test, the load characteristic test, life characteristic test, low-temperature start test. Then, design the PC system of comprehensive performance automatic test system, primarily based on the LabVIEW software programming design, module type programming mind, and design the man-machine interface on the base of the module program. Finally, do the simulation analysis for starter test items by MATLAB/Simulink.The tests show that control system and the virtual instrument technology consisted of PXI multi-function collection card, can develop modular, intelligent, high-integration starter performance test system quickly and effectively, to realize a dynamic test, and control measurement precision and picking rate better, system composition is simple and reliable. |
