| Vehicle starter performance is very important for the vehicle performance stability and reliability, so the performance of vehicle starter test become indispensable link. Design of Automatic Testing Platform of Starter for Vehicles aim at the test of vehicle starter performance, it can make reasonable and effective test all the performance parameters of the starter.Based on the extensive understanding of domestic and foreign starter performance automatic testing platform status and systematic learning the virtual instrument knowledge, this paper design the platform both hardware and software. First, from the working principle of the starter and the testing principle of the starter performance, and according to the performance requirements of vehicle starter, I design the platform of the overall. Including machine design, hardware selection, the design of the electrical principle and the electromagnetic compatibility research. Then, According to the performance parameters of the starter, I design several typical tests. Including the test of brake, the test of drags, and the test of starting disturbance, and the test of lifetime, and elaborated the purpose, process and function. At last, I used LabVIEW of NI as host computer programming software, and make a reasonable design on the software of the platform. Including Automatic test operation, test data of storage and query, and the test data of print and report generation. In the end, in the full analysis starter performance curve characteristics and method of data processing, I chose to use the piecewise least square method to data curve data processing, and get good results.The platform has a lot of advantages, such as flexible operation, fast speed, and High accuracy, automatic testing, modular construction etc, and can be aimed at large power starter of various performances to make test. By experiments, the platform can meet the starter performance test requirements. |
