1394bus has been more and more widely used in the field of aviation with characteirsticsof high transmission rate, low latency and high reliability, because direct test has greatlimitations and risks, it is necessary to build ground simulation system to do groundexpeirments to test the bus in function and performance, and the simulation card based on1394protocol is the key equipment of the ground simulation system.Through in-depth study on the key technology of IEEE1394protocol, this articleproposes a design scheme of the1394simulation interface device, using FPGA as the controlcore, sotfware and hardware working with each other to complete1394protocol processing,used for simulation, testing and verification of airborne1394bus in the ground environment.Hierarchical design method is used duirng the simulation card design process and a stability,high safety, high reliability sotfware and hardware architecture is proposed. A high speed datatransmission mechanism of the simulation card is investigated and realized. Driver andapplication based on Windows system are realized combining with the demand of groundsimulation system and research id done on hierarchical design method.Experimental results show that, the design of simulation card is rational, its operation isstable and reliable,and can meet the demand of the1394bus in aviation field. It can providesan effective way for development of communication interface equipment. |
