Sustainable Design Of Residential Environment Under The Condition Of Urbanization

Today, our country has been through the rapid urbanization. As a part of urbanized construction, the sustainable construction of residential environment has an important strategic significance to our city construction in now and future time. However, there are many difficulties and challenges to the sustainability of residential environment under the background of rapid urbanization. By analyzing these problems, it can help to provide constructive planning measures and theory bases to the sustainable construction of residential environment in our city, in order to promote the development of sustainable residential area.By combining the theory with practical analysis, this paper research on the sustainable living environment from both macro-and micro-aspect. By analyzing the problems of regional development, ecological construction, green infrastructure and slum, and then putting forward corresponding countermeasures. There are two points that residential buildings and landscape plans in the microscopic aspect. It discusses the importance of architecture and landscape elements to construction of sustainable living environment, and then draws out some feasible advices. In the end, it applies the solutions to actual design.Based on the theory of scientific research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the residential environment:(1) Multifunctional open community;(2) Vital community center;(3) Wonderful street;(4) Combination of human and ecology in the multifarious public space;(5) Safe and comfortable pedestrian environment;(6) Low-carbon residential buildings.In hope that the research not only in the residential area, but also in the city and the natural environment, in addition to promote the sustainable development of city and natural environment.
