Small oxygen-produce machine noise are divided into intake noise, air compressor noise, no oil fan noise, master control valve noise, foremost of which is oil-free air compressor and master control valve noise. At present, the research on oil-free compressors vibration noise are more, noise studies for the master control valve is relatively few, and about50%oxygen generator manufacturer’s master control valve are diaphragm, the noise produced is basically the same principle, this work is to reduce a few decibels noise of the master control valve.First of all to the domestic and international valve noise, small oxygen-produce machine working principle, the psa principle of research, based on this build up a master valve fluid dynamics equations, and in accordance with the gas flow rate valve port selected k-ε turbulence model, finite volume method. Then according to the structure size and the master valve working principle, its mathematical model has been simplified, after determining a reasonable model of Fluent master valve internal flow field simulation, observe the flow of gas to find the location and cause noise generation mechanism:on the one hand there is the seat at the singularity, the internal turbulence caused by disturbances due to local pressure gradient is too large noise; the other hand, a large pressure difference on both sides of the valve port, the master valve opening is small, the flow rate in this at the sudden increase. In the simulation process, clearly the causes of noise, the noise of transmission found:-pressure process, the right side of the diaphragm at high noise, low pressure in the left seat when the diaphragm has not closed after the master spread the exhaust valve.According to the pressure of the cause, noise transmission and the previous experimental analysis, the main control valve noise reduction rear check valve design. The first simulation of different opening master valve, the singularity to the rounded handle, stem diversion processing parameters on the fluid noise, choose the optimal combination of structure and noise. Then calculated the force valve port, one-way valve spool flow meets the requirements, one-way valve cylinder compression spring stiffness, strength, reliability check, to determine the post-master valve check valve structure, and again Comparative analysis of the simulation of the original valve and improved flow distribution valve, indirectly determine the improved structure is small enough to reduce the oxygen pressure are master valve noise.Finally, the design of main control valve processing, in the laboratory measurements have improved the structure of pressure machine noise, oxygen levels. The actual data indicates that the valve mouth poured, increase of opening round, main control valve rear check pressure after noise control effectively.
