In recent years, with the development of economy and advancement of technology, our country’s modern transportation industry made rapid development, while vehiele load measuring systems were rapidly developed following transportation investigation, controlling serious vehiele overload and weighing charge. The application of vehiele load measuring systems is to solve the problem of vehicle overloading and the phenomena caused by problem such as damage of a road, traffic accidents, deterioration of the transport market and so on.In order to more accurately measure the vehicle load, a kind vehiele load measuring systems were designed which based on ultrasonic sensor technology, tire pressure sensor technology, Renesas MCU technology and HC-05bluetooth technology. The core controller of the system is auto level’s Renesas R8C2K/2L single-chip computer, which software development platform are C language and HEW, this system consisted of power supply module, sensor modules, control module, Level translation module and bluetooth module.Control module received the measurement of tire pressure and ultrasonic signals, after BP neural network algorithm for constructing a mathematical model, got car load, then via bluetooth to the vehiele, achived the purpose of real time measurement of load.In this paper, firstly, the overall design scheme was gived; Secondly, the hardware was designed, including interface circuit designed, PCB board drawed, real welded and so on; After completed the system hardware, thirdly, software was designed, including the main program designed, ultrasonic and tire pressure sensor data read, communication program and so on. In the article, I discussed the mathematical models of steel plate deformation and load, tire pressure and loading based on mechanics principle, the BP neural network algorithm was proposed based on data fation method, which was applied to construct a mathematical model to complete the ultrasound and the tire pressure sensor data fusion, get car load values.
