Yanbian Industral Heritage Protection And Reuse Research

Since the middle of last century, industrial archaeology has been appeared in Britain. This movement emphasized recording and remaining the industrial heritage at the age of industrial revolution and the industrial development. At the same time, China is in the stage of industrial development coincidently. Half a century later,<Nizhniy tagil charter> had been promulgated, then the research of the industrial heritage become to a hot topic in the international context. At the same time, our country is in the age of the beginning of the post industrial era. The adjustment of industrial structure made the urban form transformed violently. In this background, the city industrial district has been moving from the heartland to the suburbs and the industrial building have been abandoned and demolished. On the other hand, mining and industry town declined with the reason of resource depletion and single industry. The town vitality is losing gradually. So how to solve the city problems from the decline industrial district is a significant topic of the city development.This paper is below the topic of my teacher-<Jilin industrial heritage protection and reuse research from the perspective of city regenerationX The research subjects conclude the existing industrial heritage, found the evalution system of the industrial heritage in Yanbian by the mean of field research and analysis, intend to find the way for industrial heritage protection and reuse. Finally put forward the problem during the regeneration of the old industrial district. There are four parts in this paper as follows: 1. Introduced the origin, background and objective of the topic, then Introduced the home and abroad research and the present research in Yanbian.2. Issued the development history of industrial heritage in Yanbian, analyzed the development of the industrial buildings, aggregated the information of the industrial buildings. Sum up the construction forms, function, external environment and location in the city.3. Base on the above information, analyzed the value of the industrial heritage in Yanbian. Evaluate the industrial heritage scientifically by the experience of other districts in our country.4. Base on the conclusion and analyze above, presented countermeasures of the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage from the perspective of city development.
