The Research On Optimization Design Of Interior Space For Affordable Housing In Changchun

In recent years, China’s commercial housing price to annual householdincome ratio keep increasing year next year, with the number of households withhousing difficulties straight up, the government should solve the housingproblem of low-income, which increase the intenive expansion of affordablehousing. However, affordable housing construction of china is still at its earlystages. There are so many problem in design, such as the imperfect of designconcept, lack of the reference vnit, neglect the regional design. Thus thedeepening of affordable housing interior space optimization would be significantthat could improve the living quality of affordable housing. Changchun City islocated in the northeast cold region of China, affordable housing design has itsown regional characteristics. The paper would study to optimize the interiorspace design of affordable housing in Changchun. Then the optimized designmethod which relate the Changchun internal design would be summarized.Paper analyzes the development of affordable housing in Changchun Cityand the current status of affordable housing for low-income strata. Meanwhile,the survey that include three affordbale buildings in Changchun would be sendout. Through statistical analysis of the data, the regional housing needs inChangchun City, the low-income families’ needs, the elderly, disabled families,migrant families needs would be summarized. Then, problems of affordablehousing interior space design should be asked, which including six designproblems, the lack of main activities space, lack of storage space, ignoring theheating space design, service balcony overlooked. According to analysis thefactor that control the affordable housing, raise the issues about the interior spacedesign for affordable housing, adhere the disciplined which contain the nationalregulation, combine comfort design, saving design and adaptive design, theoptimization method of affordable housing interior space designing inChangchun would be summarized. Methods include rational spatial scale, properorganization of internal transport space, appropriate designed doors, windowopenings, and strengthen the barrier-free-design, strengthen balcony space design,added three dimensional storage space, additional multifunctional space. This paper would come forward the optimized afflrdable housing interiorspace design method and apply to housing design in Shuangfeng district,Changchun.Due to the dueling design that include the four main types of familywould be proposed.
