On the basis of theoretical research, this paper introduces indetail the micro beam X-ray fluorescence micro area analyzer analysis principle andstructure characteristics.This thesis mainly research results are as follows:1.Based on EdiX-III micro tube, primary rays angular distribution of the microX-ray tube launches the research, it is concluded that: in the same Angle, angulardistribution measurement in different distances of the primary rays have similar laws,basic it is gaussian distribution, and the basic keep in the X-ray is4PI cubic Anglegay a device, in the experiments, turn the X ray tube has no effect on measuringresults. Controlled by fitting the screw, the launch of micro X-ray tube hole can bethree-dimensional adjustment. So that the x-rays emitted by the micro X-ray tube can be accurately is entrance section of the X-ray lens, satisfies the requirement of X-raylens in the optical path. Its further promotion to the metallography, electronic science, medicine,biology and environmental monitoring, etc.4.National standard samples, is adopted to establish the calibration equation, thecalibration experience coefficient method of quantitative analysis model. Preliminaryestablished with Fe, As, Ti, Co library of14kinds of elements of the calibration curve,and the calibration coefficient. Get the fit of the calibration curve is higher, the energyhas good linear.Above research results, to perfect our self-developed microbeam IED-2000typeof the X fluorescence probe analyzer are of great help. Will quicken the steps oflocalization of such instruments, break the monopoly situation of the domestic marketby foreign instrument, improve the level of China mineral resources exploration of thedevice and technology level. Because the microbeam micro area X fluorescencemicroprobe analyzer, superior performance, makes its have more broad applicationprospects.
