The Major Quality Problems Prevention Of Residential Project And Its Site Implementation Method

As people’s living place, functional area reasonable, reliable quality, safety is a basic requirement, convenient and comfortable residential use is mainly reflected by the quality control. In this paper, the actual engineering, control for housing quality problems, the implementation of specific measures to enhance the site and management methods are analyzed and studied, the main results are as follows:1. Research the main quality problems of residential construction and on-site implementation methods and measures, as well as residential construction quality assurance control.Through the analysis of residential construction technology and procedure, applying PDCA circulation management mode, tracking control of the whole process of implementation of housing construction.According to research methods of management science and engineering, through on-site practical engineering practice, from the perspective of optimizing the organization’s quality management system, to promote quality control implemented. Focus on the effective implementation of quality control is to establish a supervised, taking into account the performance of a management model, and ultimately establish an industry-wide quality management practices.2. Using the PDCA cycle management, benefits and profits of the project carried out research, combined with analysis of risk management, improve management efficiency of residential construction.In this paper, waterproof self-respect and reinforced straight thread connections use to solve QC construction works in innovative anti-leakage and enhanced structural safety issues through PDCA cycle control structure. At the same time the implementation process with effective basis, this study shows that under the premise of ensuring cost control, the rate of construction quality problems of the study to reduce the proportion of about7%, and the cost savings than traditional ratio of about5%.Collaborative optimization through reasonable correlation with professional and timely technical support and data analysis, the process of continuous correction, clear direction to improve and enhance and promote the quality of construction and construction management to enhance the level, but also help promote the project management to the fine and professional transition.
